How do I know what size hoodie to order?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders $100 and over. For orders under $100, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order. Check out our shipping page for all the details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within New Zealand will be delivered within 1-3 business days. May take an additional 2 days if being delivered to rural address.
Orders in Australia will be delivered within 3-5 business days. May take an additional 2 days if being delivered to a rural address.

Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment we're only shipping to New Zealand and Australia.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our distribution centre in Auckland, New Zealand, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
What if a product is out of stock online?
While we do our best to keep all our items in stock, sometimes specific sizes may be unavailable. We receive regular shipments of our items, but if you'd like to know exactly when an item will be back in stock, please email our team - marketing@blackmagictackle.com
Can I buy Black Magic apparel at my local fishing store?
Our hats, beanies, visors and stickers may be available from your local fishing store. If your local store doesn't sell them, you can ask them to order them in for you, or you can purchase them online through our apparel store.
Our hoodies are exclusively available via our online apparel store.
I have a question regarding my order. Who can I contact?

Do you do returns?
If you've ordered the wrong size, we will happily swap it for the correct size. If there is a fault with your item, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Australian Consumer Law to provide a suitable remedy.
