Ordered the wrong size
If you've ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange your item. Please contact marketing@blackmagictackle.com with your order number and reason for needing to return your item.

Return shipping to Black Magic Tackle (located in Auckland, New Zealand) will be at your own expense.

All items being returned to Black Magic Tackle must be unworn, with tags still attached and with its original packaging. Items will be inspected upon return, and any damage may affect your ability to return or exchange your item.

Once your returned package is received by Black Magic Tackle, your exchange will be actioned within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation from Black Magic Tackle when your return has been processed, and your replacement item has been shipped.

Faulty or damaged items
If there is a fault with your item, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 and Australian Consumer Law to provide a remedy.
